Terms of Purchase

By submitting and confirming your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms of this policy.

1. Order Confirmation & Changes

  1. Once an order is confirmed and paid, it will be processed immediately. We do not accept cancellations, changes to items, modifications to delivery addresses, or refunds (except in cases of product stockouts).

  2. Please ensure that the recipient's name, contact phone number, and delivery address are accurate at checkout. The buyer assumes full responsibility and any additional delivery fees incurred due to incorrect or incomplete information.

  3. We reserve the right to review, accept, or reject/cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of insufficient stock, system anomalies, pricing errors, or if an order is flagged by our system or staff as a duplicate order, abnormal transaction, or non-compliant with first-purchase offer rules, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund (without additional compensation).

2. Pre-Order Products

  1. Order Finality: Once a pre-order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded for any reason.

  2. Stock Risk: Pre-order items are subject to stock shortages due to manufacturer allocations, quota adjustments, or discontinuation beyond our control. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a full refund.

  3. Shipping Delays: Pre-order items may experience shipping delays due to supplier schedules or international logistics. Shipping delays do not constitute valid grounds for order cancellations, modifications, or refunds.

3. Packaging & Shipping

  1. Outer Box Condition: Product packaging may sustain minor creasing, wear, or dents during international or local transit. Provided the quality and functionality of the product itself are unaffected, we are not liable for outer box damage.

  2. Manufacturing Imperfections: Minor flaws, uneven paint, or imperfections resulting from the manufacturing process (especially for figures, toys, or bag charms/plush keychains) are considered normal production characteristics and do not qualify as product defects.

4. General Provisions

  • Inventory Synchronization: Our online store and physical retail locations operate on separate inventory systems. Stock levels displayed on the website may occasionally differ due to in-store sales or system sync delays.

  • Policy Amendments: We reserve the right to revise or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

  • Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, our company reserves the right of final decision and interpretation.
