【Purchase Instructions】
- Except for designated products, each person may only purchase one item of each type of product.
- Only a limited number of cute pendants are in stock. The splayed cat pendant and flying squirrel pendant are currently out of stock.
- Out-of-stock products (only cute pendants, cat pendants, and flying squirrel pendants) can be pre-ordered when they arrive at the store on the same day. They are expected to be shipped in early to mid-July. They are only available for in-store pickup. Quantities are limited and they are sold out first.

How to get your store ticket
After placing your voucher in your shopping cart, select "In-store Pickup" when checking out. You will receive a confirmation email upon completion. (A QR code will be emailed to you before the sale date.)

*There is a certain number of tickets for each session, and admission tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis!

Terms and Conditions
1. Each user and account is limited to one session. If you purchase two or more sessions or duplicate purchases, all "Store Ticket" orders will be cancelled.
2. Different membership accounts with the same phone number are considered as one account.
3. Each "store entry ticket" is valid for one person only. Accompanying guests must wait outside the store.
4. Guests who have received admission tickets are requested to arrive on time. Late arrivals are subject to the right of denial.
5. You must present the valid QR code in the email before entering the store. Orders made by phone number will not be accepted.
6. Product quantities are limited. We cannot guarantee that all those who receive coupons will be able to purchase the products they desire.
7. All products cannot be reserved and must be purchased in person.
8. To avoid confusion inside the store, please queue outside to enter.
9. Store vouchers are only available to Premium and Star members. If you spend a specified amount before the voucher is available, you will be automatically upgraded to the corresponding membership level and receive the voucher.
10. For member accounts that have not reached the designated membership level, the store voucher will be displayed at a price of $99,999. For member accounts that have reached the designated level, the price will be displayed as $0.
11. Chiikawa x Sanrio products are currently only available for sale while in stock.
12. In case of any dispute, the restaurant reserves the right of final decision.
